What this estimate includes

Revenue minus purchase, premium, tax, freight, repairs, contingency, holding costs, selling charges, financing and valued labor. Pallet mode rounds expected sold units down. It applies sell-through after removing unsellable units.

Purchase tax is a simplified effective rate on purchase plus premium. Verify your actual taxable base, exemptions and caps. Sales exclude buyer-collected tax. Contingency is treated as spent; include returns and disposal costs in your allowances.

Financing uses simple interest on the financed share of all pre-sale costs for the entire holding period. It does not model profit shares, compound interest or income tax. Total costs are not a cash-flow schedule: payment may be due before you sell.

Results are for the whole lot, not per pallet or per month. Mixed lots need SKU-level research; one average selling price is only a planning shortcut.
